This location is absolutely PHENOMENAL!
The manager Rhonda went above and beyond for us when my car threw a code on the interstate on the way out of state.
She, as well as her staff, helped me and my family get my car running enough to get it where it needed to go with shining smiles on their faces.
We are not from Rockwood, but always use O'Reilly Auto Parts in our hometown. So it brings me great happiness to know that the amazing customer service and southern hospitality that we are accustomed to is consistent from store to store.

My van started shaking & a warning light came on tonight at McDonalds up the road. I had 3 very excited Girl Scouts in the van ready to be at camp. We were all upset about the seeming change of plans. Then, Drew & Andrew at your store checked out my van, found the error code, told me what was probably wrong, put the parts in, and we were safely on our way!!!! No tow. No missed camp.I am so appreciative!!!! Thank you both for being so gracious & going above & beyond!!! We made it safely.
