I'm honestly not sure what the breakdown was with my family's experience, but it was not positive. We just wanted an alignment, and I agreed upon that service. Then some how a $100 alignment went up to over $3,000 in repairs. Some of the repairs that were quoted were for parts on the car that were new, which we did not need. When questioned about this, they simply said they were loose with no further explanation of where/how.
So instead of just doing the alignment, which is all we needed, the car was pulled out and turned away with no alignment or anything completed.

After being gone for 18 years, my husband and I moved back to Rockwood, TN less than a year ago. I had a flat tire and the people were so nice!! Very honest and helpful. Thank you so much for everything you did. We will continue to use this local small business as the need arises. I'm very happy we have such a wonderful business in our small town.

My Honda Accord was in desperate need of front and rear shock/strut assemblies. It also needed a new HVAC blower fan motor. I stopped in at Addison's to get an estimate, which I got in a timely manner. They also recommended that due to the age of my car it might be a good idea to replace the HVAC blower fan resistor. I appreciated this input as I did not even realize that there was a resistor. After approving the estimate, they scheduled my car for the next day, and the repairs were completed the following day. My car rides so much better, and when I turn on the AC, it is now quiet instead of making a horrible racket. In addition, they also did a complimentary inspection of the vehicle to see if anything else might cause a problem in the foreseeable future, with no pressure. As a female, I appreciated greatly this courtesy. The work seems to be well done in a most timely manner at a reasonable price. I was extremely pleased and will visit Addison's again for any work I might need in the future.

Addison's is great. They try to get you in quickly, and are up front with possible problems and what the cost will be.
Questions are answered, and problems (if something pops up) afterward are immediately taken care of.
