“Clean and free of clutter. The service assistant was walking around and ensuring the place was running smoothly. I wish the lanes were directional some people are just rude. Border line Road rage at the pump. Again the attendant was trying to keep the peace with rude people.”

I actually like their drink selection better and their food. they have more nicer syrups so you can customize any drink. where as Starbucks keeps downsizing everything (you’re paying for the atmosphere) and it’s not as great taste wise, they prioritize drive through orders and online pickups or they mess up my order. I also save more money in the long run. I love there matcha more. and at this location everyone who works here is super friendly. I have to give credit where credit is due.”

“The are super friendly and always go above and beyond. The make you feel as welcome and as comfortable as you would if you were being welcome home by family after a long day of work. The food is amazing and if fresh and consistently good everyday. And I like how they treat everyone as if they are family and the prices jus can't be beat anywhere around here either! You jus can't find a better place in Murfreesboro! This is and has been my favorite store since the 1st time I walked in and yes I really have traveled from the opposite side of town just to buy anything from here and I do so often! “Good morning, I visited Thorntons on September 11th at about 8:30 pm.There were 2 employees in the store that I saw. I went in and ask for assistance at the air pump. I was not denied. The 2 gentleman in the store both said yes. No hesitation. The gentleman behind the counter explained how I was to pay for the air. I gave the attendant the quarters and I drove to the pump. The gentleman pumped my air and I was extremely happy. I offered the attendant a tip and he said no. He said to me he could not take the money that this is a good deed. I applaud him for that. I want you to know how I was assisted by these 2 employees and how grateful I am that they were working. I got home and told everyone how kind and helpful they were. I want to thank theses 2 powerful men that works for your business for their outstanding service.

“Everytime I go inside this location of CVS they are always pleasant and helpful. I rarely go in anymore since I am no longer on any prescription medication but for the previous 7 years they were my go to. Highly recommend them as a pharmacy and quick store handy options needed for the home.”
“The older gentlemen on third shift who wears glasses has always went above and beyond to help me out. His customer service is exceptional and he always builds a report with his customers.In all honesty I previously quit going due to another older gentlemen who was rude. It's been a few months since I came back and the man I seen tonight has always treated me fairly!!In all seriousness, I would take into consideration about giving him a pay raise, bonus, or at least an appreciation party at work!He makes coming to 7/11 feel like home again, you know the corner store by your house!! “So thursday july 27th i was on my way to clinical when i got a flat tire. i rode about a mile down the road before i realized it and turned into mapco. i was freaking out and went inside to ask an employee if i could leave my car there until someone could come and get it. before i got inside i saw an employee and asked if she worked there to double check. she told me she was the manager (sierra or ciara store 3407) i immediately started tearing up and said i’m sorry i’m just having a bad morning. she said it’s okay!! you can leave it here for no longer than 24 hours. i thanked her and she gave me a hug and told me it would be okay. she even offered to let me come in the store while i waited but i went back to my car. i’m sitting in my car for a few minutes when ciara comes out with another employee (jackie store 3162) and walks up to me. they literally offered to change my flat tire because i had a spare in my trunk!!! so jackie helped change my spare while ciara went back and forth to make sure customers were being attended to. i just couldn’t believe the amount of kindness and grace these two women showed me. i was wearing white scrubs and jackie didnt even want me touching the spare tire so that my scrubs wouldn’t get dirty and ciara saw dirt on my scrub pants and pointed it out so i could wipe it off. this really restored my faith in the kindness of strangers. these two women deserve all the good things coming towards them!! thank you ciara and jackie!!!”

“My first time in this 7-Eleven, it was clean and the staff was friendly. Food was cooked fresh and I gotta say I may be addicted to their "Drip Drop Hooray" blend of coffee. You should visit here, you'll be pleased. I didn't do too much walking around so I don't know that they offer anything other than the typical gas station. I was there for a cup of joe and fill up. It looked well stocked and the layout was very nice. I'll be back in the morning for more of that coffee. May even grab a Bfast sandwich”
“Went there with me and my son. Signed up when we got there got back almost immediately. The nurse was fast with testing both of us and we were diagnosed and out with a prescription quickly. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about.”
“I had a great experience at the pharmacy with Jermey. He was patient, informative, and encouraging. I had many questions about a new prescription and about my insurance. He was able to provide accurate information and provide suggestions. He also encouraged me, which was so nice coming from a stranger. Jermey keep up the good work and thanks for all your help. Walgreens give this man a raise ASAP!!!”
“This is my go to gas station it’s near my house. everyone that i’ve encountered here is pretty awesome with the exception of 1 or 2 that are no longer anyway. i’m mostly there in the afternoon and night and the managers are great. helpful staff the vibe is positive. also clean. hope it stays like this. i save a lot on gas.”
