I've had different experiences with new window personal. My new mail carrier and my retired carrier have always been good. I hate the Saturday postal office hours. 7:30 to 9:30am is ridiculous. Some people like to sleep in on Saturdays. Is it worth them going in for 2 hours on Saturday?
