The woman that was supposedly works in the office is never in the office and I mean never she comes in at 10 in the morning does a drive through the parking lot for 30 minutes just looking for anybody that she can tow for illegally parking and then leaves. I was late on my rent and they got paid all the way up and I called up four times for her to take the locks off my storage unit she wouldn't do it so I finally had to cut them off. She is extremely unprofessional and doesn't deserve a job anywhere.

I don't think you can find or more friendlier and caring and concern and nurturing person as the woman who owns Rockford Mini Storage me and my wife Patricia have used Rockford mini storage for quite some time we are not now but it was great she really help out and wasn't always crying about the money thank you
