“Ted Russel Ford Service in Knoxville tried to rip me off. They said the water leak was from the sunroof and wanted $$$ to replace it. The headliner was never wet. I knew Ted Russel Ford Service was wrong. Water only showed up on the floorboard after a high wind thunderstorm. It took a while for me to find the right company to do a water leak test. Local Guys Collison in Knoxville found the seal on the back window had a gap. Water came in and went down to the floorboard. Local Guys Collision said that was the most common spot for water leak on F-150. Local Guys Collision replaced the seal on the back window in less than one day. I'm so glad I found them and highly recommend them!!!”

“I was looking for a good place to get my brand new car ceramic coated and Max Detailing did not disappoint. If your on the fence to find a good reputable highly professional detailing work done on your hard earned vehicle, look no further and do yourself a favor and get your vehicle taken care of here. I chosen the Professional+ Ceramic Coating package. Which includes all painted surfaces, glass and wheels. The product they used was called Jade Pro which uses new nano tech called graphene oxide.I am amazed as to how smooth my car paint was. It was slicker than the paint from the car manufacturer when brand new! Water beads up and rolls off when it rains and has improved rainy day driving visibility. Washing the car was very easy because of how water just beads and rolls off. I blow dry my car with a leaf blower and do not need to towel dry. All the staff was courteous and professional. Ryan the manager there is a great person to deal with. And they were prompt, when they say it will take two days ceramic coating to be done, they were done in exactly two days. When they tell you an interior and exterior foam cannon hand wash is one hour they finished exactly in one hour. They even parked my car inside their garage when i told them i could not pick it up until the next day. Very happy customer here and will be using them for years to come. Thank You Max Detailing!”

“I took my Porsche Boxster to Downtown Autobody to have the bumper and tail light repaired. The right side of my bumper was heavily scratched with white paint and my tail light was cracked around the edges as the result of a car side swiping my parked vehicle. I dropped my car off on a Monday and it was already finished by Wednesday evening! Communication was excellent, they were super kind and accommodating, and the body work was beautiful. “Mr Cool’s collision center SHOWED OUT on my car y’all they made my car look brand new inside & out!! Not only did they detail my car on the inside (which I have NEVER had a body shop do after they were done working on my car) but they also put gas in my car (almost filled it up)!! “I am new to the area and did not know who to trust. I had been in the Automotive field for 7 years and have a strong understanding on how things work. I hit a raccoon after my first week in town in my 2021 Tesla Model 3. At first I thought there was just minor cosmetic damage to the small lower grille, but then I started noticing issues the next day or 2. The Tesla Service Center in Knoxville referred me to a few different body shops. Stinnett's being the only one in Maryville. I chose to trust them.I worked with Shawn and we had a little bit of a bumpy start dealing with the insurance and teardown needed. Shawn was patient through the process and despite me knowing how things work, he did a great job explaining everything in detail. The final result was me getting my vehicle back in pre-accident condition a week or 2 early. Part of this was because my parts arrived a day early, but Shawn and his team went the extra mile and completed the work ahead of schedule.Not only did they do a great job, ahead of schedule, but they suggested a way to save me money and even touched up a nick on my passenger door; separate from the accident.Upon picking my vehicle up, I met the owner Zach who seemed very down to earth and gave me a good idea of their company's culture. Was it a flawless experience, no. But I have come to know that in the automotive field, there rarely is. It is up to the people of the business to make things right and Shawn, Zach and their crew did just that.I strongly recommend them to any Tesla owner or other vehicle that needs body work.”

Matt at JNCC was the only one in this group that worked in my best interests. Matt / JNCC answer the phone, respond to your questions, provide honest updates, etc. Their work looks good.
