I took the tailgate from my truck in for a repaint that another shop had botched up. Amanda quoted a price and time for the job at the first appointment. Luis did a great job painting, the job was done on time at the price quoted. Kudos to 360 Automotive

I had my brakes seize up late one night. Had to call a tow truck and had them drop it off at this repair shop. I’m not from around the area and had never heard of this shop. Just looked them up on Google. I called the next morning to give them details of what went wrong with my car. It was 9AM and they open at 10AM. I figured I would just leave a voicemail but I was surprised when someone answered. Instead of being annoyed that I called before business hours, Amanda who is one of the owners politely listened to my issues and assured me they would look into the issue and get it sorted out. They kept me updated on everything they found and even walked me through everything. They fixed my car up and the final bill was well under what I expected and would recommend anyone who has issues with their car to bring it here.Service: Brake service & repair

If you're thinking about taking your vehicle here, just go ahead and pull the trigger. I had some car difficulties on the weekend, and they immediately got me in on a Saturday. Although the issues were mostly caused by my own lack of knowledge about cars, they were extremely understanding and explained everything to me in careful detail. Amanda was absolutely wonderful and showed me everything she was doing with the diagnostic test, how she looked up the technical bulletins etc. for the code that popped up, and prices of parts that might be needed. They even let me watch while they were working on the car and showed me a few things to buff up my basic car maintenance knowledge. This is the first time any mechanic shop had been so helpful and forthcoming. They are not trying to trick you or charge you extra for unnecessary work. I have been looking for a trustworthy place to take my vehicle in Knoxville for 2 years now and I finally found it! I will be going to 360 automotive from now on. Thank you guys so much!

We’ve had our Honda Pilot for a year now. Taken it to multiple places and none ever fixed the issue or told us what all was wrong with it. 360 Automotive is THE BEST! Pricing was great and work was done in a timely manner, and everything was thoroughly explained to me! Hands down, the very best automotive service I have ever had. Amanda went above and beyond to locate the parts I needed for my 20÷ year-old car after colliding with a deer and the cost was much less than I had been quoted by any other shop.
