Dude was rude telling me I was stealing because I bought 3 large fountain drinks and they had the cups where I didn’t see them next time move the cups down lower where people can see them and then he got upset because I wanted to use my fas rewards because I am not going to pay way up there for a fountain drink

Never had a cashier be so blatantly rude in my life. He called my accent “gross,” newsflash you’re in roan mountain, I bet 98.9% of the people who walk in there talk way worse than me. It’s just not right for you to talk to a customer like that. I didn’t catch his name but he was a ratty lookin’ little feller. Saturday (today) around 430pm. I’ll take my business across the street from here on out.

I've (up until tonight) never had an issue with this store. Generally very nice cashiers and good atmosphere. Tonight however was running a little behind but still had nearly 10 minutes before 12 (closing time) went up to the door, which was already locked and attempted to nicely ask the male cashier that since there was nearly 10 minutes left if he would please quickly ring us up for a pack of smokes before shutting down the register. He wouldn't even open the door to attempt to assist in answering the question either way and instead shook his head and gestured with his hands he was still closing, even early. I understand 10 minutes is 10 minutes but it was also lost money and a customer who now feels they were treated very rudely

Jeremiah, the cashier was so nice and courteous. He even shared some cool local spots to check out. I'm glad I stopped here and got to meet him. Hes an asset to this store for sure.

The bathrooms are always closed. We gas up here but have to go down the street to Valero to use the bathroom. We should fill up and get our snacks there too.
