Hannah was friendly and helpful from start to finish. She took the time to help me with multiple issues (personal, not phone) in order to navigate through my phone. She explained what to expect and what to look for , reasons why, and that if an issues or questions arise, when she worked and how to reach her. Thank you!

I went in with a problem with my Bluetooth, which was completely beyond my understanding. She straightened out my problem then mention a product I had been interested in. After I purchased it she attached it to my car and I went away very happy. She understood about old folks and our inability to comprehend a lot of the modern electronics.

These guys helped me out with everything that they could. Getting in touch with Verizon over the phone for anything they had to do on their end was a pain. I hopped to 4 different departments before I was talking to someone that could actually help me solve my issue.
