“If this place had more than 1 employee at a time in it and the employee was better trained they wouldn't take so long to help 1 person. Because we have been in here to return an old phone and the person on duty wouldn't take it because she didn't know how to get into the system to find out what was going on with it because she wasn't the one that initially took care of us so yes the employees needs to be better trained.”
