Called to get my dog looked at she was pretty sick was informed they don't have a vet right now how can you be a hospital without a doctor!!!!!Took her to Alamo what she required same-day surgery thank God she is still alive home and doing well.

This place is awful. they are so rude and unprofessional, I definitely recommend SKIPPING this place and going somewhere else. If you’re wanting something professional, kind, and a place that knows what they’re doing I recommend dyersburg.

Me and my husband brought our puppy here for a checkup. The front desk ladies are amazing but the vet is very rude. He made a comment to me and my husband and really pissed my husband off. About how he's getting "his exercise running back and forth with this pup" well duh that's your job is to make sure she gets the best care without complaint. We will not be back.

Staff and Doc has always shown concern along with overall pet health. Very friendly as alway. You must understand that their State of Tennessee medical license state Practice of Medicine not a Master of Medicine. l have the most respect for them, in a world where their patients CAN NOT TALK !!

I was at their place to pick up medicine one time and as I walked to the bathroom I heard Dr. Parsonson berating an employee about a syringe, I was taken aback and I feel like that is not appropriate workplace behavior. If you have a problem, take it to a meeting or somewhere, where the public can’t hear everything.One of the ladies that works up front, i don’t know their name but they’re super. Super nice, super patient with the animals, super helpful!!

We have never had a better experience with a veterinarian or thier staff. Dr. P. was thorough in his care for our large dog. We had about as much face time with the doc as we did with his staff. He is highly engaged and called us on the phone directly multiple times to discuss care and test results. There is a high, fast, and positive energy in the facility. We will do business with Animal Care Hospital as long as they are in business.

My dogs, precious and Tigger will never come back to this clinic again. They mixed up their flea and tick medication by putting the wrong dosage in the wrong packs and I overdosed my dog and almost killed him. The incompetence of the staff almost caused my dogs life.
