This is the easiest rating I’ve given a place. The unbelievably kind ladies at this branch are the best part of my experience with TVFCU. Miss Connie and Miss Lyndon are the two I’ve interacted with the most, but everyone I’ve met there has been helpful and extremely patient with my random questions. Sometimes they even laugh at my dumb jokes. Even if you’re not doing business with them they go out of their way to say hey and greet you with a smile. And not that it pertains specifically to this branch, but the folks helping at the ATMs are every bit as kind and patient too. Really makes for an all-around productive and enjoyable experience.

Absolutely the best banking experience. TVFCU has always been great, but somehow, it is better now and I've been with them for decades. I personally use the Red Bank FC, so speaking to this location specifically, I would be recommend everyone consider them for their banking.

TVFCU has always been there to take care of my financial needs when I needed them. Unlike a few scummy banks, this one actually puts the customer first and has gone out of their way to personally check in on our life events and such. 5/5, would recommend to anyone

I stopped by the Food City in Red Bank, TN with a list of grocery items. Eggs first, turn left, against the wall in the dairy case. Seems simple, right? I pick up a dozen eggs in clear carton, check bottom for any that might be broken...egg yolk runs out of the carton, down my shirt, and onto my shoe. Dammit. Check three other cartons, all had one or more broken eggs. GET THE MANAGER OF THE DAIRY CASE TO DO HIS/HER JOB. I immediately left, went home and changed shirt and shoes, drove to Walmart Neighborhood Mkt and bought a dozen eggs, non which were broken. Checked a few other cartons while there....none broken. Walmart got my $115, Food City didn't, and won't in the future. Is there a lesson here? Food City has lackluster management, Walmart doesn't.
