Then, Keith on site was a pleasure to work with- he treated me with such kindness and respect that went above and beyond, and he listened and rectified it with a smile on his face. I had an issue (no fault of anyone’s there) with the unit assigned and was reconsidering my decision of a unit, but my experience with Keith and his assistance to get me into the right unit was nothing short of a blessing. Not to mention, I rented it online bc I got a great deal, and was not treated any differently due to that. That has caused me to recommend Keith and this location to several people already. Much respect to the staff who make it great. Thank you!”

“I’ve been with this location through 3 ownership changes. I really liked the original owner but have to say that under the name FreeUp Storage they are working hard to make this place even better. Much better security, better spot identifying marks, slowly improving the drainage and surfaces. I recently needed to rent a second spot and Carrie was fabulous at getting it done quickly and easily. She is careful to make sure things are done right while being very friendly and professional. She brings confidence to me with the new management. Highly recommend if you need storage in Hixson to check them out. Prices are very reasonable too!”

“It has been great overall. Only complaint is that we never had a working light bulb in the unit. We thought that the bulb was burnt out so we changed it ourselves, but that did not fix it. We let management know, but nothing ever changed. We just used headlamps or the head lights of our car if we needed to be in the unit after dark.”

Kept at a good temperature inside and never have to worry about if my stuff is safe or not with the lock pads used with your personalized code to get in and out of the locations. Highly recommend this location or the Forto location for any and all storage services you need! When I first looked around for the best deal around the area for storage units this location had the best deals by far for all different sizes of units . Best prices around for sure! If you need a storage building and aren’t sure who to trust or where to turn, this is definitely the location for you!”
