People there are strait mean. Lady at the counter yelled at my son and told him he could have switched the tags (which he didn’t) on a $5 painting. Never going back, terrible environment

Spent a lot of time looking for gifts. Half the things that I was interested did not have price tags. Finally got to checking out and was told they will not sell anything without a price tag, and will not price it for you there. I would avoid this place in the future, it was a thorough waste of my time.

This is one of the best thrift stores I have found. The prices are reasonable for those shopping on a tight budget. They have a good costume jewelry selection. Unfortunately most of it is beyond the reach of wheelchair users. Great selections of clothing, toys, and such.

Anyone that does any thrifting in the chattanooga area will tell you this is a great little place. Employees are helpful, always looks very clean. And the deals I have found are unreal!

Was so excited to come and check this place out but it’s stupid expensive! A Columbia for $45? You can get that cheaper on Amazon brand new!

I work with adults with disabilities and we love volunteering here. One of my clients had this to say about his experience with NNH Red Bank Thrift Store. "Christian in every way. Loyal, kind, just, and noble, etc. in all manners of positiveness, in every way! They are a blessing sent from God, just at the correct time, month, date, year. I've learned a great work ethic and improved my sense of self-worth by volunteering here. It's fun to do something you love, not something you hate. p.s. thanks for the help, it's going to come in handy some day. Have a blessed rest of the fiscal year!"

Terrible prices! they charge retail prices for thrifted items. I've been to every location so many times and I need to stop going because I've never found anything affordable or even cute. It's all for rich white grannies with money so if you're broke don't go here. I've given them too many chances and i'm not going anymore because it's the least affordable thrift store in all of Tennessee.. The items they receive are free and yet you can't find any quality items here for under $15 because they act like they're boujee for some reason. Bitch you're a thrift store start acting like it. Also pay your employees better if you're going to be charging customers such crazy prices at least pay your employees $20/hour that should be bare minimum.

SO expensive, I get the cost of running business but you literally arent selling half your inventory due to price, $50 fleece's lol stuff you can get shipped to your door from ebay for 15-20 marked for 40. Just insane, so just racks STUFFED with items that don't sell. Simply because once in a blue moon someone will pay it lol. If you make the items more affordable you will sell more, and make more overall from the free items you recieve and make room for new inventory. In this economy people thrift to save some money, but instead we get a "thrift store" acting like some high end boutique. I dont care what the cause is, its laughable.

Crazy high prices. Merchandise average. The clothing is so overpriced you will walk out laughing. You might occasionally find something here, but the overall vibe is cold and dull.

Way overpriced! After looking at 3-4 items we walked out because we could nearly get things new for the prices they are asking.

This location is known for getting great furniture donations. As I was arriving, someone was donating a couch and loveseat that looked nearly new. There was a nice selection of sofas at $200 which appeared to be in good shape. The dressers available were in very good condition at $60-$120. The store has a massive book, CD and DVD area. Odd items such as hub caps and a bench vice were found as well as a nice selection of bikes, clothing and shoes. I noted women’s tops at $3-6. The faded exterior sign makes this location easy to miss, but it is well worth checking out. Good close parking too.

Prices are a steep for thrifting, especially on furniture. They have a good selection of clothes.
