Excellent customer service and quick repair turn around. I knew exactly what the issue was and they fixed it. No trying to sell additional services, etc. They were polite, professional and will be who I contact for any future issues. Not sure the current rates on repairs, but I felt I was charged a fair price and no hidden add ons. I would recommend them to anyone based on my experience.

My car had issues, I thought it was cv joint or a bad bearing, end up being an axle shaft. Kim in the front desk was very easy and pleasant to talk to about setting up the appointment. I even rented a U-Haul truck when I was there cause I thought it would be an over night thing. Once they was able to get to my car (i showed up out of no where) Mike identify the issue, they called me and said it would be ready the same day. Great honest people, they each are great at what each of them do. Kim the front desk/office

My car broke down at the Taco Bell across the street and a worker came across the street and jump started my car for me free of charge. Just wish I got the guys name. Give that guy a raise.

Back in July, my car just randomly died. We thought it was done for good, but they were willing to look at it in between other cars, and determine a cause for the problem. Very nice, and worked with us about everything.
Taking my car back to them again for any other problems I have because they were so willing to help with a car I was ready to give up on!

Kim was very helpful and upfront about scheduling and probable cost of based on what I thought I needed. They were able to fit me in on the same day and got my AC recharged in a couple hours. As someone hesitant about using a new mechanic, I was pleasantly surprised to find one so helpful and transparent.

K & M are the quickest and most reasonable auto shop I’ve ever experienced. It took less than 1 day for me to get a brand new alternator. When I returned a couple weeks later noticing a related issue, they fixed it no charge! I would highly recommend K & M. Good people, good business.Services: Electrical repair

I brought my van in for CV axle replacement. Mike rode with me around the block and quickly diagnosed the vehicle. It was only two hours before I got a call back to come pick my vehicle up. I'll be coming back for all of my auto repair needs. He was quick, friendly, honest, and efficient. I have a safely running vehicle now thanks to K&M Auto Repair.

Awesome family run business. We were expecting to wait several days for what we thought was a severe engine/transmission issue, but they diagnosed and repaired it same day and even explained how the issue occurred.
