If I could give them zero stars I would. I first went to O’Reilleys yesterday to get my battery/alternator checked out. They stated I had an issue with my alternator. I usually like to get a second opinion, so I went to AutoZone. They said absolutely nothing was wrong with my truck after doing the same exact test. This completely stumped me, so I went to a different OR store today. They also confirmed the issue with my alternator. This is maybe the 3rd time I’ve had issues with them not being able to identify anything wrong when I’ve had known issues with my truck. I’m not sure if they don’t know what they are doing, if their electronics aren’t as good, or if they just flat out don’t care, but they are not worth going to if you are having issues with your vehicle. I live close by to AZ but it’s frankly not worth the proximity. Do better

Need help getting a new auxiliary battery for our car. The staff at AutoZone was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly help me with my problem. But highly recommend this AutoZone for any car related problems.

Ryan helped me change my battery and got it done pretty quickly, also helped me find and wire a toggle switch for my leds, bug help!
