If you are looking for quality work with a shop you can trust, this is the place. Whether you just need tires and wheels or you have big repairs, Big Z can handle it. I brought in my 2011 Toyota Tundra about 2 months ago due to a major oil leak. I was going through about 2 quarts of oil a week. While in the shop they also took care of my water pump and some suspension work I needed done. I just came due for my first oil change since picking it up, and I haven't had to add a SINGLE DROP of oil in that time. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Thanks for all the hard work and keeping my truck on the road! Oh, and I almost forgot, they gave my truck the best alignment it's ever had. That is something that's truly hard to find.

Brought in my Mercedes Sprinter Class C for them to balance the tires. Not only did they do an amazing job but they were very quick, efficient and professional. I took it to another local commercial tire shop a few days before for some values to be installed and the RV was driving bad afterwords. Upon BIg Z removing some of my tires they noticed that the previous shop did not tighten the lug nuts!!!! After they got all the tires balanced perfectly with professional tire balancing hardware, they made sure to properly torque the lugs. The RV drives better than it ever has. Smooth like butter.

Very good people and I've been there for 3 weeks may 2nd 2024 is my last day there for my internship and they are extremely helpful and I couldn't achieve my degree if it wasn't for them helping me they are very good people they are awesome ???

Hard to find someone willing and able to work on a classic ('70) Mustang. Zach and crew did an amazing job repairing, raising and realigning the suspension. It's easy to see why they were voted the Best Tire & Wheel shop in Rutherford County. Thanks guys!

I've been doing my internship here and observing the things they do. They do all sorts of repair services, and they really know their stuff! I've seen them repair vehicles, and they're really good at it. They're fast at changing tires and patching them, and they do a really good job at wheel alignments. If you need your vehicle repaired, this is definitely the shop you should try.

Hate to Rate them low but they messed my truck up and all I asked for was a refund and they didn't. Truck came to their shop fine they advised the truck drove on the lift fine but when they took it down the wheel locked up so obviously they messed something up while working on it. Not sure why you would be lazy enough to not see what you did to the the truck while working on it instead they just take it off the lift and tell me it was ok but now it's not. I took it to another mechanic and they found out they had pinched a brake line while doing repairs. Ended up costing me over $600 In damages. As a small business owner myself when you make a mistake you have to own it and make it right... they did not and had every excuse about it as I drove off with the truck they decided to try and get me to pull it back in to look at it I denied as this should of never got to this Point. It's hard to find a good trusting mechanic so look around before you try them

Everyone says they support local merchants. Well don’t drive by these guys. Why would you want to give discount tire or a box store your money when you can support a family in the area. Great service and prices. Go see them!!
