There is a pharmacist that is rude and unfriendly. The pharmacy has become really bad lately and they always seem to be disorganized and when you are felling bad and they are checking people out with miscelaneous items other than medicine it is ridiculaous.

I appreciate you taking care of my sisters pharmacy needs.CVS didn't have her medicine, which is her regular pharmacy.Did CVS try to find medicine for her? No.I was told you go see if they have the medicine.I think the right thing to do was,I will call an take of this for you.Glad I was not a really old person. You took care of this problem Walgreens in the nicest an polite way an I walked out with her medicine.We appreciate you.Pulaski, Tn.

Get a new pharmacist. Matt in the pulaski, tn store has twice this week refused to fill my mother in law's new, after surgery prescriptions with different meds and dosages. It is because insurance wouldn't cover it, but purely based on HIS decision. He said that she could finish up the meds that her Drs told her to stop after the surgery. We are still working with her Drs to either get them filled or moved to another pharmacy. I will be pulling all of my family's prescriptions from Walgreens as will my sister in law if this is not fixed today. My mother in law will also change pharmacies. We have been with Walgreens for over a decade each and spend over $120k per year on prescriptions alone.
