I wish there were a way to call. The phone number goes to an automated system with no option to speak with a person or to contact the local office.

I ordered a package and they are always suppose to leave my packages in the yard. Today July 30, the carrier took it back with them and did not even try to see if I was home. When I pay for something it is mine and I expect it to be left. Most of our mail carriers are great but the one today was suppose to leave the package but didnt.didn't. They need to work on their automated system too.

Parking is atrocious! The clerks have always been friendly though. As a PO box customer it would be nice to have them utilize the parcel boxes now often rather than placing the tag where I have to come during business hours and pick it up.

They do not have a drop box for any packages only letters. It's not very convenient. It's a decent post office other than that.

I had mail and a pkg supposed to be delivered today as per informed delivery it was important mail and my mail man drove right by without delivering my mail

Sure would be nice if they actually delivered my mail rather than saying they tried to seeing as was home all day and no attempt was made to get anyone attention nor was my package left in the box right beside the mailbox for packages.
