This is the worst dealership in the business. Sharp Motor Co. is a fraud. They take advantage of their small community for their own financial gain. Sharp refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes and the leadership is incompetent. The leadership blames the employees for the problems they have created themselves. From a personal experience I’m warning the public to steer clear of this dealership. This is the most untrustworthy dishonest unreliable corrupt dealership ever. They conduct the dirtiest business with consumers then they play victim. The only thing they know is to bully and intimidate the very people they wronged. I could go on and on about how terrible this dealership is. Please beware of the most manipulative dishonorable Sharp Motor Co.

Worst experience I've ever had ANYWHERE. Don't go here unless you want to be lied to or taken advantage of. I wish I had read the reviews before going here. Six months of them having my vehicle and thousands of dollars later.... my vehicle is in worse shape now than what it was when I took it to Sharp Motor Company. Stay away. Also heard similar stores from at least 12 people.. There's a reason they are NOT accredited by the Better Business Bureau!

I don't usually leave feedback unless it was really good service or really bad, I'm leaving feedback because their annoying system keeps pestering me to do so. So if you don't like to be bothered week after week on feedback for a simple oil change and nothing else, use Sharp Motor Co., a Breakroom that smells of cigarettes while you wait over an hour for a oil change and an automated customer care system that just doesn't quit.

Took my 2022 F-150in for a problem with the "active air dam." They said they lubed it, put it back in position, and didn't see any codes. When I got home it was in exactly the same deformed position as when I took it in. Not only that, they made a note about "scuff marks" on the invoice. So, I'm actually in worse shape after taking my truck to the shop. The truck has never been off road and is backed into parking places. After the hassle of making an appointment and waiting for nothing to be fixed, this is my one and only visit to their service department.

My daughter has had her Jeep at this shop and it's been 3 motors and it's still not right. I'd like to know how many people that they have done dirty like this time for an attorney.

My truck has been there for over a month! And done nothing! And wen I called the lady Mercedes!!! Was super rude!!! And treating me like she was right and I was wrong my truck has there over a month for a part that still not there !!

One of the easiest car buying experiences I've had. The sales team was honest and direct. No hidden fees and no nonsense. It was well worth the drive to Pulaski.
