I brought my Camaro in for the airbag light I was told they had to order a part on Monday. Thursday when I was suppose to pick up my car I received a call saying the drivers window motor was out for about $850 they could fix it. (It was working fine when I brought it in) I asked when did that go out I was told the day I brought it in and it has been in she shop the entire time. I said Wednesday when I picked up my other car it was in the parling lot with the windows rolled up. I was told I must have been mistaken as my Camaro never left the shop. I told her I seen it in the parking lot and I know my car. I was told I was wrong that must have been another Camaro. I told them this is nuts you are calling me a Lier when you are lying to me. Did you remove the fuse. She called me back and said I would not have to pay for the the window motor. and when I pulled out of the parking lot my TPMS light cam on. I took it to another shop and has the TPMS reset. I DO NOT trust the shop for any kind of work and will never go back.

We were traveling from Florida to Iowa was on the road 1 hour and the dash lit up with all kinds of alerts. So limped truck from Interstate to Murray Chevrolet. Pulled into service and Tana took great care of us. The technician Robert found a bare wire that rubbed and shorted out the rest of the problems. Took it for a few test drives to make sure that was the problem and was fixed correctly. 4 hours later we were on the road again. A huge thank you to Tana and Robert for getting us fixed up and back on the road. Several other employees checked on us to be sure we were taken care of.

From the salesman to the service department I have absolutely no complaints. I had issues with my 2019 Chevy blazer Tana and her team went above and beyond to make sure that my issue was addressed in a timely manner.

Had service on our vehicle and had an appointment. We got there early and they took it on in and started. We went to the show room and had coffee and waited in the area very nice. Top notch place.

I'm from Michigan and was traveling from Alabama to Tennessee visiting family. I was on 65 & crossed the TN line when my engine light came on, was losing engine power. Cruise no longer works & I could hear air from under the hood. I stopped at a shell station to fill up hoping I could get information from a local for a nearby Chevy dealer. The gentleman gave me directions to Murrey's. When I arrived and explained what happened, they took my vehicle in, checked it out. Turns out the clamp on the turbo broke. They replaced it and I was on my way again. They were all friendly and someone was always asking me if I needed anything. I am so Thankful that I was guided to this place of business! I'm a single woman traveling alone and grateful for God's protection.

Set up an appointment to get oil changed, and a tail light looked at that wasn't working. When I arrived they said may not have time for tail light, but I mad the appointment the week before. We will see how it goes when I take it in for the tail light next time. Will update afterwards.

I had just bought a Camaro and was looking for a local place I could trust. I was impressed by the clean shop and professional staff. Service was fast, friendly and thorough. I came in for an oil change and was happy to find out they got my TPMS working after a tire rotation. Thank you so much. I will be back for more soon!
