They are making a fortune plugging tires. I went to get a tire plugged. They actually charged me $38 for a plugged tire. $10 to sit the donut tire that was on my car back in my car and they didn't even do that right. I had to fix that afterwards. Then they let me leave with 31lbs of tire pressure in 3 tires and the one they plugged 40lbs. I had to fix that afterwards.I had to walk to my car and get it. They did not drive it up after waiting 2 hours to get the plugged tire. They can shut the whole damn facility down and just charge for plugged tires and make a million! Highway robbery in it's finest. Longest running operation in Giles county. I see how they can afford to stay open. I could lift a donut tire and place it back in my car my damn self! $38 for a plugged tire....

This is the worst run business in Pulaski tn. I was charged 80 dollars to take out a drain plug that I never agreed to. This establishment is so poorly run and I was quoted the day before 65 bucks. Never take your vehicle here. They charged me double because the illiterate workers didn't know how to work on a BMW. I called and was told they do it everyday. So 65 and 107 aren't the same. I was never communicated anything was wrong. I go to pay and you say 1 more quart of oil is 60 bucks. Never ever ever go here. The guy I was sitting with was there from noon till almost 4 for tires. They are crooks!!!!

I always have a great experience here. The staff is super friendly and they get me in and out without trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I don't need. I appreciate the punctuality and never have any issues. They know what they're doing and always go above and beyond to explain things to me if I have questions.

Checked vehicle out and told me what was wrong with alignment. I didn’t have time to fix it myself and they offered a good price. I had no issues with this shop.

Bad business, they put people they know in front of you and leave you there all day waiting and also tell you that there is stuff wrong with your vehicle and it's not. Told them that my brakes were bad and they tried to tell me that it was my transmission or rear end. After I made them take the front wheel off they saw clearly that it was my brakes not my transmission or rear end. I would take my vehicle to the amish to get it fixed before I would ever take it there again.
