Poor customer service. When someone is not feeling well and trying to get the medication prescribed to them to help them feel better, this is not the best place to go.

If I could leave a negative star review I would. The store manager should have better customer service training and better phone etiquette. Otherwise, she shouldn’t be the manager. If the website isn’t accurate, you should probably get that fixed instead of being rude to the customer on the other end of the phone.

I’d like to leave no Stars. Go to any other pharmacy then this one. Places no longer respect you doing business with them. They treat you like you should be thankful, you are spending your money with them.Any other place will not take 3 or 4 hours to fill a basic prescription. Cvs in Pulaski, must need to manufacture the medicine, before they can bottle it. If they had a huge line, and they where packed with business, I could understand. But, they where in no hurry. As I said, they act like you should thank them for, you doing business with them. No more.Don’t go here. Go to walgreen or walmart

My mom used to use his pharmacy for me and my siblings as a child so I carried on the tradition of bringing my children and myself here as an adult they have hired on more help that seem kind of rude my husband has mentioned this also. I miss the old workers

Awesome care and service from everyone in the pharmacy. Very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Steve has been especially patient and kind.
