The reviews are spot on. Took 8 hours from start to finish for this guy to do a 20 minute repair because he kept leaving and coming back. Constantly making up some sort of story as to why it took so long to get back. If only I could give zero stars. I’ve had bad service in the past but this is next level incompetence.

This guy is a Sham artist be careful. Tried to charge me 10 hours of service totaling $1,450 and never replaced air bags or tires I was literally still sitting on the side of the road he came and left twice and came back with no parts. He was missing for 5 hours the other 5 he spent talking and fixed an air leak. He wraps up at 1am in the morning and got mad when I said I was paying him that amount. So no work got done. I had all my own parts tires and airbags. He is a sham. I called DFS Truck and Trailer and they have been almost 2 hours and now the job is almost complete.

Wards truck and trailer service is awesome he helped me get my vehicle off the road and running faster than I would have expected I definitely suggest him for anyone who needs help with there vehicle

Yesterday I call him he come too fixed my hup seal he said fixed he didn't change the part he just waiting my time and my money from 3:40 pm until 1:41 am he finished my truck I drive the truck same problem scamer guys

Horribly rude and unprofessional. Waited several hours for them then when I called back to check ETA he sounded intoxicated and screamed at me using profanity. They never showed up and quite frankly I wouldn't want them near anything we own.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. Horribly rude and unprofessional. I got them through AT&T roadside assistance when I locked my keys in the car. He said it would be $200 to get them out but he'd be there in an hour. I agreed, knowing it's a lot but willing to pay for the time. After an hour I called to ask for an ETA and he said he could have someone there in 30 minutes - on top the hour it had already been. I asked about it, and he yelled that he didn't need to come help me even though I'd already paid. He yelled and cussed at me until I hung up the phone and called AT&T to cancel the payment.

I found this service through AT&T Roadside when I locked my keys in my car. He gave them an hour ETA, and after an hour I called to see when I could expect him. He yelled at me, cussed me out, and said he wasn't going to come help me anymore even though AT&T had already paid. All I did was ask for an ETA. He also yelled at AT&T when they called to officially cancel. Would absolutely not recommend.

to tow a half ton truck 20 miles I had quotes of $75-90. But no one was as close as ward was but he wanted $150 . Outrageous to charge people in situations where your just simply taking advantage of them

Call this guy to see if he could go out and fix my truck. He informed me that his service truck was out and that he did not know when he could send it to my truck. I was willing to wait for him but he got really rude on the phone. I don't know why people in the service industry think they can be rude? I will never call this guy for any thing.
