I use to be a long time fan of Vaughns Pharmacy until today. My wife was sent costly medicine by mail which should have been refrigerated. So, she called Dwight Disney to explain that he needed to train his staff better as to prevent this sort of thing in the future. Dwight, then rudely told my wife that since she was not happy with his staff, she needed to take her business elsewhere. We had been with this company for over 20 years to be treated this way. I guess their company promise to always treat customer like family is no longer true.

You'll fall in love with this place the first time you walk inside! It's a beautiful pharmacy with the most pleasant and attentive staff you could ask for. The bar has been set.

Vaughn is the best! At Vaughn, you are a customer and they also treat you like family. I tried the big store pharmacies and got tired of always having to wait days for refills. Vaughn pharmacy is the best choice for our family.

there truly is NO greater pharmacy than Vaughn's!!! :) they've always been unbeatable! if I didn't live so far away from them now, they'd still be my main pharmacy. whenever I am out that way, I choose them. the customer service there has always been superior! Jane, an amazing pharmacist there, helped me so very much with a recent prescription I had. she seriously went above and beyond to help me (there were some issues with the item being in stock. she worked with me and my doctor to get me what I need.) not only that, but she was so very sweet and helpful to me! :)my whole family and I have been using Vaughn's Pharmacy for as long as I can remember. this was my first prescription in over 10 years and it was great to have such an amazing experience! thank you so much, Jane! :) God bless you and Dwight Disney, and all of you guys at Vaughn's!

We love Vaughn Pharmacy! Its got the small town family feel. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly..they ALWAYS have the answer to any question and they ALWAYS have prescriptions ready right on time if not early. Definitely a far cry from the bigger chain pharmacies!
