I really enjoy shopping at this location. They are always friendly, make a point to greet you as you enter. It is one of the only Vapor Shops that can actually recommend flavors based on what you prefer. They are very accurate as well, with flavor profiles on disposables. Along with the other types (mods "?") that aren't disposable. It's a really nice and friendly place. I'll wait to get my supplies on Sundays, just to make sure I'm getting my supplies here. Thanks, y'all!! Keep up what ur doing ... it works!!

Imagine being out of a certain type of vape. That vape is ~$15. When I ask for an alternative of the same flavor (Green Apple), you look me in the eyes and tell me an orange flavored vape for ~$30 tastes the same. I'll stop somewhere else in the future. If you're going to try to upsell me, don't be braindead at the same time.

Mason and Silver were so helpful. I went in not knowing exactly what I needed, and they went out of their way to find exactly what I wanted. They are friendly and well-informed on all the products they carry. I'm a loyal customer for sure.

Customer service is typically pleasant,store is clean & seems well stocked. I like their prices compared to a few other shops I go to regularly. This would be my only place,if they had "I?Salts"Otherwise,no complaints.

I bought a new Xros mini 3 device made by Vaporesso that was specifically recommended to me by the shop employee. Since I got the device it burns hot enough to burn my throat. Doesn’t matter salt liquid or not, hold in mouth then inhale or not, and that I wait 15 minutes to use a pod or give it a 2 hour break to cool off. And it’s with the pod it came with and another ohms one. It’s a faulty device. I have the box, the receipt, the original pod. The same employee would not exchange it. Refused to help me, was rude, refused to give me his name or the manager’s name, advised me to use another shop. His name is Zion and I know he lied cause he told me on the phone when he answered before I came there and it’s on the receipt.Do not go here because if something doesn’t work you will not get helped. You will be denied a manager and treated awful. I have never received such poor treatment at any other shop.
