I had Spencer come out to mount a tv to my basement wall. Problems arose with my mount and the placement of the tv. Ended up that we could not do as I wished.
Spencer then helped me move furniture and reset the room. Not what we had planned, but a great result. Now if he only did windows too....
Would use him again.

Excellent in every way! Spencer is professional and knowledgeable and far exceeded our expectations. He came to our home and corrected problems from our previous installation from when our home was built. He blows his competition out of the water. Don’t even call anyone else but Turner audio and video! The level of customer service is unbelievable! They are the best!

Spencer came through for my church when other local sound companies would not even answer phone calls. He made our system work with items that were purchased prior to getting into contact with him, and even stayed around to help set our streaming software up. We are very appreciative of the work that he has done for us and look forward to letting him finish up the rest of our sound project.

Spencer is awesome to work with. He took ownership of the project from beginning to end. We hired him for a home theater built in the basement. Included complete wiring, set up, including home theater chairs. It was a several month project, he stuck to it and provided excellent service. He loves what he does and it shows up in the end product quality. Highly recommended. Best in class.
