While I have no issues with the car wash facility or personnel itself, its the Membership Cancellation process, I am having a problem with. I cancelled my membership in writing in July 2023. They have continued to charge me $45.00 per month since. Total of $585.00. I provided them a copy of the email with their confirmation that my account was closed and they are continuing to tell me that my request for a refund is denied. Stating that I reopened my account, when I did not. Please be cautious in opening a membership with them and allowing them to debit your account.

Best location they have and the dude Terrell have the great customer service. Was having an issue with my membership went to the one on Middlebrook and got the worst customer service ever. Went to this one and Terrell knew what the issue was and fixed and had me in the wash in no time at all. He need to show the others how to be.
