“Since SunTrust is changing to Truist I stopped by to get some information about how the transition would affect my accounts and how to get an extra debit card. Cathy was very helpful and patiently answered my questions. Unfortunately I will not be able to get a extra debit card.As Truist will only issue one card. I have always been treated very well at this branch and hope to continue to bank here.”

“Wow... They charged me 20%+ to cash checks... That's crazy... No other regions has ever done that to me. My customer had to write me separate checks for her reimbursement purposes. I expected a $5 fee for them because they were all out of one account... She didn't actually cash "separate" checks... That ridiculous... I told the teller how ridiculous it is to charge over 20% and charge me like that... She said well at least we have a cap of $20... ????”
