This was my first visit. Moved to Knoxville over 2 months ago. Went to 1 girl at another salon and we just didn't communicate well together. I saw Keiley today and she was fantastic! She totally understood how I wanted my hair cut and achieved the exact result. I was thrilled with her work. She was very pleasant and sweet too. I made an appointment with her for next week to do my roots. I will be staying with her.
Requested style: Short pixie type with layers and stacked back.

This was my first time! And it was an amazing experience! Kelly was very gentle and patient. I’ve been trying to get what I finally got for a very long time! And she definitely nailed it!!! And the receptionist was amazing also, best French vanilla cappuccino and chocolate cookie. Will definitely be returning!! Thank you girls!!❤️

My stylist/colorist was Ashley. She is so much fun, great vibes, and always checking on me. The bleach she used did NOT irritate my skin, which I’ve never experienced! The color came out soooo good! I wanted to give her a hug to thank her, but she was talking to her next client. She also helped me by going over what styling products could be used for my pixie cut. Everyone was so nice and kept coming over for a peek to see the final result, which I didn’t mind. I was impressed with Ashley’s skill level, her attention to detail, and always checking in on me. Thank you! I WILL be back!
Hair type: I already had a pixie cut. My hair has been thinning for a while and I made the decision 6/1/24 to chop it all off. Ashley knew of my thinning hair and knew how to handle it!
Stylist: Ashley (blonde pixie cut) was my stylist! Great vibes, great energy, paid attention to me and my needs, and gave me a beautiful blonde look that was beyond what I asked for! Thank you!

Soooo grateful for Keeley! I got the worst haircut at great clips in Powell today and my hair looked terrible. (Uneven, choppy). Thankfully they were able to fit me in to fix it.
