I was having problems with my Stihl trimmers line not feeding correctly, causing me to constantly having to stop and refill the line. I figured that I needed a new trimmer head and stopped by expecting to purchase one. Luckily, for me, Stephen was at the counter and looked at the trimmer and asked me to show him how I loaded the line. Apparently I was doing it wrong and it was causing the line to get tangled and jammed. Stephen showed me the correct way and said the trimmer head was still good to go.It's not easy finding a business that is honest and not just trying to make a buck at the expense of a vulnerable customer (as myself). Thank you again Stephen. I look forward to doing more future business with your company.

After calling back and forth to get a mower dropped off, they scheduled a day and time to drop it off. Just came to unload and said they couldn't take it. So after going back on their word, I will not EVER use them again. Also will let all my buddies know that use them. Unacceptable

Called and talked to a woman at 4pm, about a part, was told they stayed open till 5 got there at 4:45 and they were closed, so glad I rushed across town for nothing

Service isn't bad but they lack common knowledge. If you need to jump start a tractor to bring it out to your customer when they are picking it up, you might want to mention it to them. How hard is it to say " Hey, you need a new battery."?Good thing they aren't the only repair shop in town.

Bought a new fs91r here for a great price, Used daily in my business for a few months, It started to develop a problem that I couldn’t figure out but assumed it was a carb issue, I brought it in and they diagnosed it and tuned the carb for free! They’re just looking for a check. Took my ex mark radius in to have a full service done and also have a new ignition coil and ignition installed. They told me the motor was locked up on it and that it would be $28-2900 to replace it. They didn’t know that the oil had just been changed a few weeks before I took it to them and that the mower only has 280 hours on it. That’s 30 hours over the recommendation (250 hours) on services. They told me there wasn’t any oil in the mower and I know that’s a lie. Turns out the starter was stuck to the fly wheel. He couldn’t turn it by hand so he just assumed it was locked up. They are just looking for a check. I’ll never go back. You shouldn’t either

I tried to contact them at 8:30 a.m. , no response! Tried contacting them again at 11:30 no response! Kept getting the same recording over and over. All I needed was a simple part to my chainsaw. Suggest going by there hope they will be open. I guess they're more worried about lunch and opening hours. late opening not even bankers hours

Always overbooked service department, and prices are high. The only reason they're still in business is because there is no other dealer close to this location. No one likes this place! * Edit: Comment below is proof of depleted customer service focus, and an 8 year response time is further representation of their priorities. They used to have a bit of class in the old days, not so much anymore.
