Very overpriced and under qualified. Went in for sore throat was charge $480 for them to write me prescription for sinus infection. 2 prescriptions $12.50 and an almost $500 diagnosis. Ridiculously expensive I could’ve went to the ER cheaper

I took my kids here for a mild illness. Mary Mann actually had the gall to call my 4 year old autistic. Anything is possible, but medically that would be decided by a behavior specialist or a team of professionals after hours of observation. Not a nurse practitioner ignoring the parent report that this behavior only started with this particular illness in less than 15 minutes. 1st she said it was a virus. Then she said they weren't sick. Then she wrote my daughter a cough syrup. I did treat them at home with OTC meds until more time passed than what it takes a virus. She asked why I didn't take them somewhere else. I took them there because they accepted my insurance and the website listed the services needed, also for the after 3pm convenience. She also said the one antibiotic my kids have taken, that they are not allergic to, DID NOT actually cure the antibiotic requiring conditions they've had in the past. Their Dad has the same allergies, I suppose it didn't cure his antibiotic requiring conditions either. Thanks for billing my insurance for absolutely nothing and being no help at all. I'm still in shock. They are a clinic and the intake nurse is very kind. They might help or they might ignore all the symptoms and tell you your miserabley sick child has autism and berate you for not taking them somewhere else.

Think I have covid. Got to run my nasty fingers all over their touch screen check in thing for 10 minutes while trying not to pass out only to get to the end and the machine tell me there’s no times available today. Waste of my time, will never return to a minute clinic.

Honestly, the employees seemed like sweethearts. But I called ahead trying to figure out prices and where I could even afford to go, I was explicitly told it would be $95-$135 before hand... And the first woman that saw me even asked if I knew the pricing and I told her that which she said "ya, that's correct and then it's a little bit more for the strep test" they then proceeded to charge me $200.

Both Nikki’s (the nurse practitioner and the nurse) were phenomenal to work with and provided great care!

Considering it was my first visit everything went well.Initially, it took a while to get in the system and getregistered (This is to be expected with any new registry).Clinical Service was provided by an “outstandingly wittyPA.” Ashley Wainauski’s demeanor exudes consummateprofessionalism. Thank you so much for what you do…Kudos to you Ashley!! Keep up the outstanding work!!

They did not charge our copay but instead took it upon themselves to charge my wife the full cost and then tell her they didn’t know why.

Hopefully you aren’t in a hurry to schedule an appointment. Its about a 3 hour long process, good luck ever speaking with a human associate. Called 3 times only to speak with automated robots that yielded no help. The call was dropped on their line every time. Better luck driving to the ER.

Got my flu shot here. They were professional and courteous. Had a little trouble with the automated check-in, but they were quick to help. No problems with procedure. Location just off the interstate is good.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I called and went online to confirm if they remove staples.. the automated call and the website confirmed that they do. I get there, and they tell me they dont remove staples. Might want to change your website and call options.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Went there for an infection in my eye the medicine they subscribed me didn't do anything come back and they want me to pay all over again to diagnose something they already did but don't want to just subscribe me another medication. Very disappointed!

Took my son for a ear infection and they didn't even check his ear and said he just needs to go to childrens. What was the point in taking him to minute clinic. I think they probably should have gave him some antibiotics so I can get better!

Rushed after work to the Minute Clinic and arrived with my 11 year old son an hour before they closed. Went thru the entire check-in process on the computer and proceeded to wait for the next 45 minutes. My son had a fever of 101.7. I suspected an ear infection. After 45 minutes, she takes the patient before us for his flu shot and tells me that she can not see my son because all of her appointments were late today. It is my understanding that if you are signed in that you have to be seen. This was confirmed by Minute Clinic Management. I am not happy. This is unacceptable and I will not be back.
