“Good clean liquor store. Owner and staff are very nice. They have "wine Wednesday" which is 10% off all wine purchases. Wine is also discounted when bought by the case. Good selection of wine and liquor at competitive prices.”
“Run of the mill liquor store. I didn't find the clerk super helpful and there was a tip jar on the counter. Why is it tip jars have become a usual sight. Employers should pay more and certainly not have tip jars on the counter. Your place of business looks cheap to me, employees are looking for inappropriate tips. Now, if an employee were to carry a box of goods to my car, hell yes I would tip. But a tip to ring up my purchase should never be. Just my opinion.”

“This place exemplifies customer service!! I went to 3 different stores to find a bottle of Buffalo Trace and was unsuccessful. A lovely lady asked if I needed any help and I asked if they had any and she said no they were out, but then she said you know what... it is the season. She went to the back and brought me the bottle I'd been looking for. She gave me her bottle that she was keeping for herself. I was shocked. This place has always been my go to. Great people run this place!! Side note it was a store pick bottle and they picked a dang good bottle!”

I'd come in during the dead times and end up hanging out and talking to him until the next rush started. Over several years, he built up the nicest liquor store in Knoxville. He deserves his success. “I came across this little wine shop while walking downtown. SInce I was making crepes that night, I picked up a bottle of French rose wine. I asked them at the register when I checked out if they knew anything about the wine. He gave us a good recommendation and it was delicious with my crepes. This store is pretty awesome and if looking for some different wines from all over, check this out. The staff is amazing too!”

“It is a magnificent place to unload, the guy who receives, I think he is the manager of the warehouse, arrives at 6 am, and guides you how to activate the button on the box to open the door, and in a very short time you are empty, The opening hours that appear on Google are 8 am, it must be for customers, at 6:30 he unloads you. I gave it 5 stars because it is the maximum, otherwise I would have given it more.”
