My insurance no longer has Kroger as in network, but they do such a good job that I decided to stay with them. They have a Kroger drug plan that is comparable to what I had with my insurance. I only take 3 drugs, so it's very affordable. And they are also very courteous when I am there and over the phone.

The deli is in dire need of good management. Three times in a row I have stood there and waited for 10 minutes and was never helped. I finally walk away. There are two girls working behind the counter. There has been multiple customers waiting and only one of the girls helping. The other is always doing other things and completely ignores the fact that there is a line of customers that haven't been helped. Yesterday I go and the store is empty and no one at the deli. I place my order and told her I would come back by and pick it up. I did all my shopping and came back by 25 minutes later. She forgot to slice my meat and said she would do it then. When she goes to the slicer she realized she cut part of the meat but then got side tracked and forgot to slice the rest. I stood there another 10 minutes watching her fumble around only to get the meat she had already sliced in a bag. I told her not to worry about the rest of my order, I couldn't wait any longer. I get home and the meat is sliced so thick. I asked for very thin. I will go to a different Kroger from now on. The deli service at the others is much more effiecent.

I love Kroger. Almost everytime I'm there I see lovely people and the staff always are so kind. Over the last year I've noticed every time I get gas this one woman works and she has just the worst attitude I've ever come across. I've always told her have a good day after she checks me out. Today I got some snacks but forgot to get a drink so I went back. I normally don't make strong eye contact and just look at the ground but today I looked up at her as she's in the middle of calling me a "dumb bitch." I hope whatever she has going on in her life gets better because that attitude is horrible.

Something is rotten here. Many of these 1 star reviews contain outright lies. I have used this pharmacy for years and I'm sure most of these complaints never happened. Same day refills have always been available when asked for. The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. It is still the Kroger Pharmacy, not a Walgreen's. I could go on. This seems like an orchestrated smear campaign..

This Kroger is clean and well-stocked. (other than when everyone had trouble being stocked) I use clicklist a lot and it's really great, the people who bring it out are friendly. Additionally I was crushed when my insurance broke ties with them. Their pharmacists are fantastic!

I’ve had nothing but good experiences at this location. I wish I could remember the name of the lady that I spoke to yesterday evening about filling prescriptions for me at the last minute. She was extremely helpful.

Service and compasion has been lost at this pharmacy. I have had several frustrating interactions; i.e., closed drive thru; long lines, precription not in stock; rude staff; and, now, the latest, they do not honor Good RX. I tried to fill a prescription last month, which was priced at $47 at Kroger, they would not honor the Good RX. I went to Walgreens and got the prescription filled for just a little over $10.00. Yesterday, after trying to fill prescriptions and was met with obstacles, one script they were able to fill; but, by then I was so upset, I said just forget it and asked for my scripts back so I could go elsewhere. They did return the paper script; but, they placed a label on the back and wrote in BOLD black ink, VOID. I tried to remove the label which resulted in the prescription being torn; and unusable. I will have to contact my physician to get another one. When I called to complain, the person with whom I spoke really didn't care and said that was their policy.
