Just found out through my insurance provider that the ingles pharmacy removed my insurance from my prescription on day one and than ran it through again but without insurance and has been continuing to run my prescription without insurance and charging me full price. Ingles pharmacy also told me my insurance doesn’t cover 90 day prescription and I would have to refill every 30 days, just found out that that is also not true.
Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Ingles pharmacy for inserting itself so ineptly between me and my health.

I went inside yesterday to get a few things, one of them being a medicine for my daughter who is under the weather. I asked the pharmacist if he felt I was getting the right med for her symptoms. He said there is better and spent the next 5-10 mins reading label after label on OTC until he found the right medication. I was already a loyal customer to this pharmacy, but that sealed the deal.

FINALLY!! A pharmacy that is personable and treats people with respect! A special thank you to their PhT, Luke, for being so compassionate. It’s obvious when someone cares, even if it’s via a phone call. Instead of just brushing me off he took the time to consult with his pharmacist to help me find the best solution for my inquiry. That says a lot about their character as a person and means a lot to me. Thank you both for your kindness and I will ABSOLUTELY continue my business as well as recommend others to do the same. Kind regards!

2021, July 24 Nitwit customer service agents on the weekend. Meats I buy from Food City or Ingles...Kroger, no unless it's prepacked like hot dogs or something. I would like to say that every grocery store in the area has the same ISSUE--even more disheartening is that Kroger SUPPOSEDLY teaches their employees HOW to bag. Even they have a short attention span/bad memory or both, I have over the last 3 years, seen an extreme decrease in this area...why bother finding an unbruised fruit or produce when they put cans on top of it? Makes NO sense to us. I think it may help to make sure employees in all retail divisions not have their cell phone on their person when going to work. I've actually witnessed a floor washer ON a machine that almost hit me as he was cruising down the aisle with his cell phone out and looking down at his cell phone and not paying attention at the Kroger store, but hey, this applies to all grocery stores, so I'm hoping someone from Ingles reads this. One last thing...years ago, the baggers used to ask DO YOU NEED ANY HELP? Meaning we will put the bags in the trunk for you. I think out of 10 visits, only one has asked that of a senior citizen. The prices are higher in most items...the least you can do is provide better services than the other grocery stores.

Stopped to grab a few snacks for my drive home to florida. Used my ingles card and got a few discounts, which is always nice. The carts were clean and the folks were friendly.

The Pharmacy is great. Every time I've been for prescriptions or shots, they have been quick and professional. Shawn is amazing...and so nice and caring at every interaction I've ever had with him.

I want Customer Service to provide just that...customer service. And I want my groceries to be bagged properly. This store is no exception to incompetent help...Food City and Kroger's to name a few. However more disconcerting is that Kroger's SUPPOSEDLY trains them in how to bag groceries...you know, NO putting cans or soap in a bag filled with produce, lol. That being said, the employees are at least polite and barring high prices for a lot of their items, the atmosphere is much more quieter and easier to shop at then Kroger's.

I tried to engage the store manager about wearing masks and he replied that they would wear masks when people stopped coming to the store. Your customers are wearing masks. If I can't come and be safe then maybe I won't come at all. I've been a loyal shopper for 12 years at your store and you just ended that loyalty.

Well, almost...but 4-1/2 star rating I just rounded off to 5. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I don't like the fact that the rental section is gone and the free popcorn for my grandchild but never had a problem with the food. My only negative input is that staples like milk, eggs are higher priced as well as canned soups...sometimes bordering on outrageous so I don't buy those items there. There are 5 different stores I could go to, but I like the management staff at Ingles. If I have a problem or a return, it is promptly resolved. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE GUYS! PS Thumbs down for the one on Maynardville Highway or Norris Freeway in Halls Crossroads. Can't find any help and when they do, it's incorrect.

Yowser! Has it been SIX YEARS since I reviewed 'my' Ingles? WOW! So much has changed! Sunday wine! Bigger facilities! Cheaper fuel, now. Enclosed freezer/fridge compartments, now. DVD rental area, gone! I drive past FIVE grocery stores to visit 'my' Ingles, now. I've tried the others, well except for the Walmart Mega-grocery, that smells funny and requires a GPS to navigate; and somehow they're all lacking something. Consistently clean, easy to enter and exit, and with competitively priced items, I'm a fan of 'my' Ingles. The parking lot is always clean. The staff is always friendly, even during those early Sunday morning visits (my fav time to shop). When I had a severe gout flare-up, they INSISTED that they help me load my items in the White Mule. They even returned that electric cart thing inside for me. Face it, unless you shop at the local Gas 'n Go, all grocery prices are basically the same. It's the little things that make the difference, that keep you returning, week after week. The freezer glass being super clean. The produce fresh and stacked. Clean isles. Easy to push carts! Friendly employees! I use a custom printed grocery list, with each item listed 'in order' found as I walk through the store. It saves time, and helps avoid random purchases that screw-up the budget. And it allows two weeks worth of items to be purchased in 22 minutes! This works very well until I need a seldom purchased item. For instance: Last week, I couldn't find an off-list item. Looked all over; no luck. One of the BUTCHER fellows saw me, and personally escorted me to the item. I mentioned it wasn't a meat item, but he responded, "Doesn't matter, Sir.....It's in 'my' store." That's one of the reasons it's 'MY' store, as well!

I'm a fan! The gas points I get are great at the pump. The meat section is super good, the organic section is good and the deli meats etc. is good! The produce section is ok. I would like more organic produce like romaine lettuce, cabbage, etc.. Ingles in Powell has a better produce section, more selection and more organic produce. Hall's Ingles is good but a little slow on getting and keeping the items I want in stock. The people are super great! Over all I'm happy with my Ingles!!!

This place is a dump!! Don't let these out of date reviews fool you!! Thonly reason they posted was for freebies of some sort!! I don't want anything from this store other than for them to close their doors and leave our community!! One star is being generous!! Customer service is something that is non-existent in this dump!! Kroger's please put this eye-sore out of business!! Just please use your head and don't hire those rejects that nobody else wanted!!
