“I had heard good things about Brothers Bedding. I went into the Sevierville Store looking for a new mattress. Krista was very nice and knowledgeable. I told her what I needed and was looking for. She listened and then recommended mattresses that would offer support. Excellent customer service, I would highly recommend brothers especially the Sevierville store.”
“Adorable shop. I got a peach lemonade & the raspberry/creamcheese toast. Both were delish! Was not expecting fresh sourdough for the toast, wish I had ordered 2 slices! Giftshop side itself was a bit unkempt, but cute selection of homegoods. Seating area was quiet and spacious, and had free snacks and a “leave a mug, take a mug” wall. Will be back!”

“Missy did a phenomenal job for me. She came to my house twice and had great ideas. She isn't pushy, but listens and suggests. I bought a chaise lounge, a bedspread, and curtains for two rooms. I haven't received the curtains yet, but I love the colors chosen and I'm excited to see the end result.”
“This store is very nice. The staff is friendly, and the profits are beautiful, unique, and displayed well. The next room is.whrre you can buy,handmade, solid wood furniture, tables, chairs, etc. They have a room where every month, products are on sale for 40% off, and products change every month. They have a Christmas room, with Christmas decorations. It was a calm, browsing experience. The staff greeted you when you walked in, and let us explore without pressure. I found things that made me smile, and things I had not seen elsewhere. It truly was worth stopping there,. They also have some beautiful, scented, fine milled ,soaps. This is a store I will visit often, when looking for that special gift, or unique home decoration.”

“Individual looking for an at home work chair. Bought a used/refurb steelcase leap v2. I let them know what I was looking for, they told me when it'd be in and let me try some others on the floor. It came in on time as they predicted. Super straight forward as it should be, responsive on the phone, and the ladies were kind enough to show me how everything worked on the chairs and let me look it over. Super low pressure. Warranty a little less than what I cross priced and I would have liked better documentation for it(they do keep it in the system), but I love having someone local to deal with. Hopefully I won't have any problems, but they've been so responsive I don't think I'll have any issues if I do. I will definitely check with them for future needs if this keeps up.”

“When it was time for a new bed, we went to Sleep Number in Farragut. The sales person made us feel comfortable with our decision. She answered all of our questions and helped us choose the right bed for us. On the day of the delivery, the setup crew was professional and setup our bed in short-time. Our previous bed was a Sleep Number and I will never own another brand.”
