I’ve held off on leaving this review for a long time, thinking “maybe the staff are having a bad day”, but each time I go in, the people behind the counter are regularly rude, and their sour demeanor suggests they feel customers are an inconvenience — I get this vibe particularly from two people there…
Any of the older ladies have been nothing but kind, but the others’ attitude and lack of friendliness have me ready to transfer my prescriptions to the Walgreens across the parking lot.
I don’t expect them to do backflips, but feeling like I’m an annoyance leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Coming to the pharmacy isn’t the highlight of my day, but it also shouldn’t be something I dread doing…
