Melissa name tag says she's assistant manager treats the employees as if they are below her. All the ladies are amazing with everyone but Melissa she is rude and short with the customers and the employees shameful. Keep her around and this store will lose the employees that make this place amazing and we the customers can go to weigels.

Cashier to busy eating at register to make a shake "it's after 10" actually no it's not but they sure had to keep munching on chips and talking on the phone

I completely understand this is a 24 hour store, but if they really expect their employees to make it to work and back regardless of a snow storm making at least 7 inches of snow, they should accommodate a crew with vehicles somewhat capable of driving in the snow for escorts. This is a corporation, not a local business, so there's money for sure just being used otherwise. For as much stress these workers are going through to keep this place in tip-top shape along with little pay, I would show a little more care and consideration to these people. I will happily take this review off if there is change, but until then it's staying up and word by mouth is taking place.

I usually go here for gas cause it's usually one of the cheapest stations to and from work. I never really have a problem when I get gas and go, but just about every time I go inside there's always someone trying to creep on me or is just all up in my business. It's not the employees just to clarify. Theyre usually pretty chill with me. It's just random, mostly men, coming in.

These wonderful people truly give you the best experience possible every time! The friendship they have extended to me without any reservations goes up and beyond and expectation of a Gas Station! Everyone always smiles and makes you feel special! Great people with big Hearts doing the Lords work! Family based work environment! God Bless Them all!

I have always come in to get icees but today I got one and it tasted bad so I asked if I could change it out or get a refund and the manager said sorry but we can’t let you change it out just because you don’t like it and refused to give me a refund I won’t ever be going here again

This station gets my Google Guide Award of Excellence for 2022!This is the place to get gas, ice cream and a snack in all of Tennessee... The employees are remarkably friendly and that is what businesses is about, service with a smile. They get an A+ even now during this inflation period...The new Manager is very good at her position, I am certain that thoughtful management style is being reflected with the staff she is managing.Thanks for doing your best!cmilton111Google Guide

The store was clean but is often out of creamer for coffee. I live close so I was there for 3days in a row and they were out of the creamer I use for my coffee, all three days. I can't remember the cashier's name but I know that she is a part time manager in her late forty's and she is hateful and not helpful. She argued with the customer in front of me about lottery tickets and she was very rude to him and told him that he has short man's syndrome. I wouldn't recommend E-Z stop #30 to anyone
