My husband used self checkout and missed scanning a bag of candy he was in a hurry. The next day he went to get batteries the night manager accused my husband of stealing bags of candy . He doesn’t steal. He said no problem what do I owe you. He proceeded to buy 3 bags of candy and say here you go and gave the candy back said we are good . He proceeded to be sketchy say I know your wife and daughter and where you live . My husband was furious asked for the manager . We shop there for small items but this is beyond creepy. Now I am frightened to go in there and will no longer be shopping there.

Store itself is remodeled but it's still the same hot mess of a location. The parking lot is always filled with trash and questionable people always hanging around.

Had to wait for a manager to accept my digital coupon. All I was getting was laundry soap. Had to buy a soda separately to break the cash back I got . And that was counted out change before I gave her the change when I told her I had the change she proceeded to tell me it was too late. Very dissatisfied with customer service

Love the general dollar store & their prices. Not fond of the new popshelf. They 5ook most of the groceries out replaced with home goods. It's not the same. Went up of prices. Not happy with this change. Sorry

2-4 Employees are always outside smoking together while there's 1 inside struggling with a mile long line Employees sitting in the carts and you can't even get a cart to go inside and shop. Self checkouts NEVER work and no one ever knows why or how to fix it.
