Don’t know how to answer there phones there to lazy to answer so they have a bunch of random numbers for things it’s ridiculous. When you need advice or help they can never help but they for sure will take your money.

Count your meds before leaving pharmacy. They were nonapologetic. Only took responsibility for 4 of the 5 missing tablets.

The late night pharmacy crew was so kind and helpful. Came on vacation and my elderly dad forgot his meds. They were super kind and helpful and figured out a solution at 10:30 at night so he didn’t miss any doses. Definitely went above and beyond with great help and attitude.

I have been going here since i was a teen never taken a single thing. But the lady that works at night follows me and my husband around like crazy and is insanely rude. They have also with held my husbands medication on numerous occasions for no reason. The drive thru takes forever... And everything is way over priced

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!!! Wouldn't EVER use again!!!! Always RUDE ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION and never helpful!!!! Pharmacist are IDIOTS and know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING they talk about!!!!! CVS IS A DISGRACE AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!

This place can be a little difficult to get in and out of. But it is a very clean well maintained place. The employees I interacted with were very friendly. Best to enter from the street side entrance and leave out the back to come around to the red light

Extremely rude pharmacy staff. A female told me multiple times on one call that she “didn’t have the time” and didn’t have a prescription (methylprednisone) on file for me. I just had brain surgery 13 days ago and the swelling in my brain is painful. I understand being short staffed but to tell me that prescription wasn’t on my file when I was looking at it on my app in front of my face was extremely rude. I am a Property Manager and put out fires every day and even when I evict someone I am kind and I have never in my 20 years of working so far told someone I didn’t have the time. I made time. I did not get her name or I would’ve reported her to her superior. Thankfully, the staff in SC who also stated they were short staffed, took the time and extended the courtesy of being polite despite being busy as we all have had to do in our careers. Kudos to Ladson hwy 65 location in ladson, SC for being kind even though they were short staffed too. We stayed there a week after my brain surgery and they were nothing other than kind. Two stars for this store are only because the Second Lady I spoke too wasn’t a complete jerk. She was helpful despite being short staffed & found the prednisone with no issue where as the first lady “didn’t have the time” to help someone.

In Galinburg, lost a part from my cpap, Billy at CVS went above and beyond to assist me in finding what I needed before I made the hour long drive to buy it. Thanks again Billy, great customer service.
