Specialties: All right, beware do not go to Bombshell . Do not use MacKenzie. She does not know how to wash hair. She does not know how to color her hair. She is in my hair. She died at three different times. Green gray put extensions in they didn’t even last 24 hours. I’m out over $600. They were very rude. Told me not to come back. I’ve tried to contact the manager/owner four times. She is not bothered to call me back. Do not go there.

Decided to try this location since it's closer to where I live. First impressions building is clean & plenty of space.
My stylist was Brooke. Nice girl, very friendly. When I got home my husband saw my hair from the back & brought it to my attention that it was not even. Looking back on the appmt I was never given a mirror to look at the back of my hair.
I was disheartened to know my hair was not even lengths. I called the next day to get a refund, but they did offer to have someone else fix it, but I lost all confidence in there ability especially since that was my 1st experience with them. I passed on the offer, but requested a refund. Was told that they do not give refunds. Extremely unsatisfied with the resolution. Decided to go to a different salon so they can fix my hair. I do not recommend.

There stupid do not go here came all the way out the after I made an appointment just for them to say they don’t have enough time not to mention I only have a split dye
Edit- I noticed your reply and it doesn’t change my opinion. Upon booking the appointment I was completely upfront with you guys and told you guys what I needed done. Instead of trying to make it right, you made me feel bad instead. Horrible people here that just don’t like to work.

I love everything about this salon! My hairstylist is wonderful and talented! Also has a cute little boutique in the lobby.
Requested style: I've gone from a bob to a shag, and will probably grow it out until I get bored.
Specialties: I have my hair weaved and it looks very natural.
Hair type: Naturally curly, thick, and colored.
Stylist: Ashlea listens carefully to what I want my hair to look like. I like to change it up and I know how my hair responds to different styles.

Taylor is by far THE BEST there is, my go to for anything to do with my hair. Especially my blonde, I have been going to Taylor for years, followed her from her old salon to here! Would recommend her over and over again to any and everyone. Go book with her!! ?

She is your go-to stylist for an amazing cut, color, balayage, hair treatment, and she even takes great care of my extensions! Taylor Grace is absolutely amazing! I have always chosen blonde and red for my color. This combination can be difficult. My color has always been perfect! Anyone who chooses red knows that it can fade quickly; however, the longevity of my color has remained longer than ever! Taylor Grace has a sweet spirit and her love for her profession shines through! I cannot recommend Taylor and the salon enough!

I'll start by saying that the stylist and front desk staff were really nice and friendly. We were seen right on time. But this was the 3rd chance we've given Bombshells for my daughter's hair, and we have left disappointed every single time. The first time was for vivid colored streaks. They were basically invisible, so I asked them to fix it. The second chance was their "fix" of the color that didn't work out. They gave her colored extensions, which all fell out within a week of getting them, despite proper care. I'd already decided to never use them for color, but figured surely a simple haircut would turn out ok. Full disclosure, we didn't complain at the salon because my daughter was still trying to convince herself she liked the cut, and I was trying not to influence her opinion. It's not technically a bad haircut, and she still looks cute. It's not uneven or anything like that. BUT it is nothing at all like what she asked for. It looks nothing like the picture we showed for what she wanted. Now I've got a 10 year old who just chopped like 6-8 inches of beautiful golden hair off, and is left with nothing but disappointment. The first pic is the one we showed for reference, the 2nd is what she ended up with.
