Bought both mine and Sapphire's vehicles (08 Dodge Ram and 87 Grand Am) from Willie at B & W several years ago. Willie is a no nonsense, no b******* type of feller. He'll even trade with you. I'm pretty sure he'll trade fair on the Dodge Ram when I get ready, despite the mayonnaise stains on the passenger seat.
