Jaxx was awesome! She helped me reset my voicemail password so I could finally check my messages and delete them. This store has always been super helpful anytime we have needed anything. I reccomend this store and you should ask for Jaxx!

Went in to the store today to set up auto pay on a new account. I was able to talk to Trey M and he was able to help me call in and reset all of my information to make sure I could get everything good to go. Thank you, and I’ll definitely be back.

What a frustrating day!! Fortunately, Mitch was my saver today! He patiently, for about 30 mins, solved my problem! He knew what he needed to do, answered my questions and taught me some things I may need to know later. Thanks Mitch for the help!

From the time we walked in the door, KJ went above and beyond in helping us with new equipment and combining our accounts. He was so professional, answered all our questions. Once transfer of data was finished, he gave us time to be certain all apps, data, etc. were in working order. I have even called him since with a couple of questions which he was glad to answer. Overall experience was extraordinary. Sure appreciate him.

Joe helped us when we were out of town. Our local Verizon kiosk in Ft.wayne Cosco made several mistakes 2 days before we made a trip. Joe corrected the mistakes and got us on our way. Thank you Joe!

I needed to switch my phone number from one phone onto another phone so I came into the store for assistance. I talked to Trey M and he was able to make the switch for me and let me know about potential deals on new phones in the future. I will be back to to do that if I decide to move forward with it. Thank you for the help.

I can't explain how thankful I was to walk into this store and be helped by Joe M. I had a multifaceted issue with getting my phone switched over from another carrier to Verizon. I had tried phone support and other stores to no avail. Joe was able to instantly understand the issues involved and navigate through them quickly and efficiently. His level of experience and professionalism were beyond my expectations, plus he was just pleasant to deal with. I only wish I had come here first! If I have any other cell phone needs, I will be headed back to Joe M at this store.

I’ve been a customer for years, my bill is always over $200. I’ve never missed a payment. My husband and I went in this afternoon to upgrade his phone. A young man by the name of Joe McDowell waited on us. After talking about the upgrade, I asked about any additional fees, he said none. He then asked if I had any other questions and I said, no, just making sure.. I left the store before we paid, and my husband stayed to finish up. When my husband brought me the receipt. I said, no that’s not right. I went back to the store. I told Joe that he told me there were no extra fees. He said we must have had a misunderstanding, no, I was pretty plain about asking before hand. I said I can change to another company, he said that’s fine. I said, I don’t think your boss would be happy losing business, he said and I quote “he don’t care”. Wow! Wonderful customer service. Needless to stay, I will not be going back into the Portland location. Hendersonville Verizon sales people are WAY more professional! Customer service is everything when having a business, my job would not hesitate our staff treating people like this! I was told the manager’s name is Byron, we’ll if that’s true, Byron your employee is rude!

Came in to the store today to have a tablet removed from out account that had not been taken off yet. Trey M was able to get that taken care of as well as helping to get me back into my Facebook account. Thank you so much. 10/10 stars. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

I came in to the store on 11/15/23 because I’d locked myself out of the SIM card on my Chromebook with a Verizon mobile data plan by entering the incorrect PIN too many times. Trey was super helpful. He put a new SIM card in my Chromebook - one that doesn’t need a PIN so I don’t find myself in the same predicament again! My issue was handled quickly and efficiently and I am very grateful for Trey’s assistance and expertise.

Fantastic experience here. Mitchell was awesome in contacting me when a new iPhone came out- gave me all the details on it, broke down my current plan, and helped me with a trade in and got me set up with a brand new phone with better service for less than I was already paying. He stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process and kept me informed and answered all my questions. Top notch service. Would absolutely recommend. Thanks again! ?

This is NOT a Verizon store but more like a reseller. Went in to pay cash for a new iPhone and they didn't want to do that. Instead they said we could save $100 by doing a device payment plan and pay it off in 30 days for cheaper. Also by doing this your phone is locked to Verizon service for 60 days. Verizon charges $100 to do these plans to begin with so that was 100% a lie. I have been to this business multiple times over the years to do various things on both consumer and business accounts. I'm not quite sure how they have gotten the reviews I have read but that has not been my experiences with them. Just be warned if you want actual Verizon employees then you are looking at the wrong storefront.
