Every time I go in this store each and every employee bends over backwards to help me.I can call them and tell them my wife is coming in to get parts for something and they remember us and have everything set aside and waiting. If you are looking for a parts store that isn't just know nothing's behind the counter as every other one in town, give them a try on your own and find out for yourself!

I helped in the remodeling of this building for Napa. The owner of this franchise is a very nice and friendly man. They do a large buisness with the factory's. They custom make hydrolic hoses. If you are having a hard time finding a particular car part. You should check them out. They probably have what you are looking for in stock.Unlike Autozone or Advanced Auto. If you pay a deposit for not having the old part off and in hand. You can go back later, after you remember that you forgot to take that old part back. And bring it back, they will give you your deposit back. The other places only give you a short time to bring in your old part to get your deposit back.I had purchased from advance auto,, several items for my f350. Brake pads, one rotor and two calipers. And an alternator for my truck and an alternator for one of my cars, In all the deposit I had to pay was over $200.But because the limited time had expired Advances Auto Parts refused to take my old parts and give me back my deposit.. please remember this people..Napa will give back your deposit when you bring back the old parts.. Advanced Auto would not. Advanced Auto said I took too long to bring them back. You only have about 30 days. If you misplace or just plain forget. You just lose your deposit.Something to.think about.Warranty on parts can get complicated at the other stores also. But not at Napa. They back what they sell. If it fails they don't haggle with you or try not to exchange a defective part.. And that means a lot to me.

So glad we finally got a napa in Portland I've been in here a few times and it seems that the other parts houses may wanna step up the game NAPA has been very helpful and friendly. I had someone at one of the others tell me that they didn't need to know what the part was in order to sell parts I'm not gonna name drop but I will say if they don't start to advance the level of knowledge at the other place NAPA has the ability to be my to go to.

Was in there just today for the first time. Nice store, Helpful, knowledgeable staff, Now my Goto place. Beware of the NAPA's online order site, promising Free shipping, Next day delivery. You have 5 day delivery scheduled for Free shipping, OR next day for extra $30. Cannot blame local store for the company s deception.
