“I will admit that I don't go to very many auto parts stores and this was my first trip to O'Reilly. I needed some fuses for my car.I don't know if this a typical experience, but my time here was perfect. I walked in, they said hello and I went to get what I needed. No one hounded me and no one said, "Are you sure this is what you need?" I took the time I needed to double check that it *was* what I needed and went to pay. The people that did need help while I was there were helped in a friendly and professional way.The store is very well stocked. The section and aisle I needed was especially so - almost all the slots and spaces were filled with correct merchandise. I didn't see any of the tricks some places use to make a store seem better stocked than it actually is.All in all, a very pleasant experience and I will go back if I need anything else for my car.”

“My headlight went out today so I stopped by to buy a new one. No biggie, I've changed it out before but accidentally bought the high beam bulb instead of the low beam. I got out of my car, popped my hood, and was double checking which bulb it was. A gentleman named Jody asked if we needed help. He came over and got my bulb out for me, which was super nice because I probably would have pulled up a YouTube video to make sure I was doing it right. He pulled the bulb out even though he was off the clock! Elisha helped me inside the store and got my replacement bulb for me. Both guys were super helpful and knowledgeable! Whole event took me 10 minutes tops, really appreciate the great customer service!”
