Visited Mar 25, 2023. Jenni Fraizer is our tax consultant. She's absolutely amazing and livens up the room. She puts your mind at ease with her years of experience and has your best interest at heart. There's about 5 parking spaces at this location and there's a library across the street for additional parking.

I do not recommend their services. First year filing (2019), I never received my return. When I'd call and ask, I was told the IRS is busy this year and it might be late. When I told them I never received a stimulus check, they said it was probably late too. 2020, I let them handle personal and business. Rather than giving good advice, we were told, "we'll you'd be paying double that if you lived in New York and New Jersey." I still haven't received a stimulus or refund for 2019 taxes. I did however receive a letter from the IRS saying I owed more money for 2020 due to a "misfiling." When I called Advanced Tax to ask about it, they called me back and told me I needed to call the IRS to find my money and straighten it out. I also owed more taxes using them in 2020 than I've ever owed in my whole life. My industry was shut down during covid, I made less money and owed more. Never going back again, and I do not recommend Jim.

They've been awesome to me, generous with their time when filing my taxes, and throughout the rest of the year too. Went to them to help me file paperwork for starting my first business, and really appreciate their guidance through the process, and advice based on personal experience too. I know I can call them whenever something comes up, get quick answers, simply because I'm a client during tax season. I've worked with 4 different people at this office, and each have been great. I'm really glad to have connected with them.
