Guthrie Flooring provided an outstanding service. Heather was a fantastic sales/customer service representative who followed through wonderfully on everything we discussed. Additionally, the store has a great selection of quality flooring, as we were after choosing one of the best products that we could. Heather expertly knew the products and we were comfortable with our choices. She came out and measured every room, and quickly provided the cost and time to begin the process. The crew that laid the carpet and luxury laminate did a wonderful job on our entire house, as well as picked up all the scraps. One of the best features of this experience was, the crew that laid the flooring moved our furniture, as that is always a tremendous hassle when you own heavy furniture. I truly appreciated the process from the planning phase to execution. Lastly, I appreciated the follow up phone call, as the company wanted to ensure that we were satisfied, and was prepared to send someone out if we weren't. Needless, to say, everything was executed professionally the first time around, and my wife and I are truly enjoying our new flooring throughout our entire house. Well worth it!!!

I recently contracted with Guthrie for a kitchen remodel. After listening and reading about the horrible miscellaneous contractor experiences others detailed on line and in person, I wasn't quite sure to expect from my first foray into the remodel arena. I could not be more pleased. Was everything perfect? No .. but darn near. Most impressive was my inability to convince anyone at Guthrie to commit to a schedule they were unable to meet -- and believe me, I tried! It's an extremely professional group of people, from design, to project management, to individually skilled craftsmen. If the electrician was due on Monday, he or she arrived promptly on Monday. Each worker was polite, courteous, considerate, and did their part of the project efficiently. The project manager answered my questions promptly, and since it was my first experience, I had a lot of questions. The end product is a beautiful and functional kitchen. I highly recommend Guthrie Kitchen and Bath.

We are very happy we choose Guthrie Flooring when we found we had a water leak. They tore all of the old flooring out and removed the cabinets so everything could dry out appropriately. The turn around time was very quick. About 2 weeks once we picked out our flooring. They had a great flooring selection with lots of options. Their pricing was very competitive with the other options out there. We will be considering them for future projects.

Guthrie's flooring has been awesome to work with. I was able to get top rate water-proof flooring much cheaper than any box store flooring; plus it was delivered at no charge. I also love the fact that they carry the Benjamin Moore paint and at a great price. I will definitely go back for my flooring and painting needs!

We had them install carpet in our home and they did a fair job at it. Little light on the communication but overall the job was ok.

Kept my moms money for 6 weeks after they said they’d do her deck. Lied, threatened, and delayed.

Promised work, took half down payment on a job from my mother (elderly) never heard from them, only if we called them. Finally after 6 weeks of nothing called them, then they said they won’t do the job. Wouldn’t give money back until attorneys got involved. Very shady people and clearly trying to take advantage of the elderly.

We had Guthrie install a sliding door and were very pleased. We had several companies bid the job and we decided to go with the local company. I am glad we did! We will definitely use them again.
