“Picked out a hybrid mattress December 28th 2023,he did not have a full size in stock so he had to order one. He said it would be a week and a half ok fine. Now it is February 15 2024 and still no mattress. They have taken 2 payments so far. Noone has tried to make it right. He offered the night I was there a thinner mattress from his storage but I wanted the one I tried and liked not one I haven't tried. 3-8-24 finally got the mattress a week ago. The guy gave me a free pillow as well as my delivery fee back just as he said. So far so good with the mattress.”
