Heather expertly knew the products and we were comfortable with our choices. She came out and measured every room, and quickly provided the cost and time to begin the process. The crew that laid the carpet and luxury laminate did a wonderful job on our entire house, as well as picked up all the scraps. One of the best features of this experience was, the crew that laid the flooring moved our furniture, as that is always a tremendous hassle when you own heavy furniture. I truly appreciated the process from the planning phase to execution. Lastly, I appreciated the follow up phone call, as the company wanted to ensure that we were satisfied, and was prepared to send someone out if we weren't.
