“I was heading back to Mobile Al and had to jump start my car with roadside, noticed positive cable was corroded and falling apart and my battery was old. Decided to stop in hopes to get new terminal and battery. I was told the terminal I needed required a crimping tool and they didn't have one or sell it. Austan went above and behind to find a solution and safely replaced terminal and battery for me so I could safely make it back the 7.5 hrs I needed to drive!
